Performance

Track your support performance — response times, ticket volume, and load — on the Performance dashboard.

The Performance dashboard shows how your support is doing: how fast you reply, how many tickets arrive and get resolved, and where the load is. You see trends over time and can make decisions based on numbers rather than gut feel.

Note

Performance is included on the Vöxtur (Growth) plan and above.

Key metrics

  • Time to first reply (TFR) — how quickly the customer gets a first response.
  • Time to resolution (TTR) — how long it takes to resolve a ticket.
  • Ticket volume — how many arrive and resolve over the selected period.
  • Touchless rate — the share of tickets resolved without a human (e.g. by AI).

Filter and compare

Choose a period, channel, or team to dig in. You can compare periods to see trends and find where to improve your service.
